Mobile & Web Developer


We are seeking a mobile developer to integrate and create mobile applications of our consumer and client-facing products.

Skills & Requirements

  • You have built high quality native mobile and mobile web applications that you are excited to show us
  • You really get the user experience and know how to make it fun and seamless
  • You have a solid foundation in computer science/engineering, including data structure, software design, and algorithms
  • You understand web application architecture and frameworks and have experience with both client and server side development
  • You have experience working with at least two of: Java, php, ruby, or python, (we're primarily a PHP shop)
  • By the way, experience in Facebook and Digital Advertising is an advantage

Senior PHP Developer


LoudDoor is seeking a talented Server-Side Engineer that will help evolve the next generation of the company's technology infrastructure to support aggressive growth plans for both the current tools as well as planned product expansions to serve various other market segments.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience designing and implementing high-quality commercial products in a variety of programs, particularly: PHP, Python, Java
  • Experience implementing business logic that analyzes data over various data stores including MongoDB, Hadoop and SQL
  • At least 3+ years of experience in Scalable and big-data systems
  • Good communication skills - a team player (this isn't a cliche, we mean it!)
  • Experience in Facebook and Digital Advertising is an advantage
  • Prior experience working in an agile environment is a plus
  • Experience with Statistical analysis tools such as SAS or SPSS is an advantage

Facebook Media Manager


We need someone who can prepare, launch, pace and fulfill exciting new Facebook ad campaigns for our various clients and partners. We'll have you working directly with the LoudDoor Biz Dev and Media Buying Team, using our proprietary software platform to drive revenue, identify new opportunities and make our clients shine in the social media space.

This is a permanent full-time position, and includes a competitive base salary, equity and comprehensive benefits package. We work hard and play hard, so while vacation time can be plentiful, know you'll be asked to work an occasional late night or weekend when things get crazy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the VP of Media and Business Development team to understand client goals and quickly implement campaigns
  • Use LoudDoor's proprietary software to create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns for our clients and partners
  • Manage daily activities involved in ad campaigns which include reporting, analysis, and measurement

Account Management and Business Development Leader


LoudDoor's data and analytics suite of products are rapidly expanding, and we are looking for talented professionals with a passion for amazing clients. This role is an amazing opportunity to work with brand managers and social media teams at some of the world's biggest brands and agencies, (like Coca-Cola, Jim Beam, Arby's, Havas Worldwide and Digitas). The Account Management and Business Development teams work with our clients to implement the LoudDoor market research and media buying technologies. Additionally, this role includes expanding our relationships and service offerings with current clients and helping the sales teams deliver on proposals and product offerings.

Position Requirements & Experience

Here are some of the things you'll be doing day-to-day:

  • Acts as primary point of contact for day-to-day client request
  • Create and implement processes that foster and enhance efficiency
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously and engages appropriate agency resources as deemed necessary
  • Works with senior team members to write effective creative strategies and briefs based upon consumer insights, client objectives and competitive landscape
  • Build and maintain positive, lasting client and internal relationships
  • Proactive leadership of creative business solutions, acts as stewards of creative excellence

Here are some of the specific skills and characteristics that we think will make you successful in this role:

  • BA/BS or MBA
  • Keen understanding of the business of the social media space & advertising in general (Media Channel metrics (i.e. TRPs/GRPs, investment spend, etc.), Digital/Social metrics (i.e. earned/owned/paid impressions, search, etc.))
  • Analytical and Creative (gasp! Yep, we know you're out there!)
  • Creative problem-solving skills with an ability to identify problems and objectives quickly
  • Experience creating proposals and presentation in Keynote and/or PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail, a high aptitude for problem solving and a natural interest in understanding and explaining
  • Familiarity with statistical modeling concepts and techniques
  • Experience working in an advertising agency or with brand managers would be a benefit

Graphic Designer


We’re looking for a team player that will fit into our collaborative environment. Our clients range from global brands and agencies to start-ups looking to harness our data and analytics products for expansion. Work can range from UI/UX design, to social media promotional campaigns, to mobile ads, to branding and identity work, to problem solving data presentation. The ideal candidate is willing to bring new ideas to the table, but is also somebody that doesn't mind helping out with basic production work. A can-do attitude with team spirit is absolutely essential. Prima donnas and grumpy people need not apply.

  • Strong graphic and typography skills with clear reasoning in design decisions
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator required)
  • Front-end skills to transform design into HTML/CSS
  • Embrace simple solutions and fast iterations

We’re looking for a team leader with 10 years of world-class design and creative leadership experience that will lead our team and hone our creative teams capabilities. Our clients range from global brands and agencies to start-ups looking to harness our data and analytics products for expansion. The Creative Director is responsible for ensuring creative excellence across all digital design disciplines as well as video, print and brand development. The right person will ensure that our creative solutions deliver on our approach -- at the highest levels of quality, based on goal-driven collaboration between clients and internal teams.

Skills & Requirements

Creative

  • Demonstrate ability to create superior, original designs for both digital and print mediums
  • Lead the content creation and supporting resources for multiple priorities, projects and initiatives in our Columbia, South Carolina office
  • Help to develop and communicate broad point-of-views leading to future business value
  • Actively engage in attracting new talent to LoudDoor and demonstrate excellent judgment around new hires
  • Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite is a given. HTML / CSS / JavaScript skills should be demonstrated as well
  • Be able to identify areas of departmental improvement and implement them accordingly
  • Experience with complex UI in a variety of mobile, web and workflow applications is a plus.
